Sizing
Please make sure to check your ring size before ordering. If you are unsure of how to measure your ring size, write to us and we will help you out. If you need a custom ring size, we can also accommodate this. Some necklaces and bracelets come in two sizes, please take the size that is most in line with your clothing size. If you are unsure, contact us.
Production Time
Each piece is made-to-order by hand. This means that pieces will take one to two weeks to be completed before they are shipped. If you need an estimated arrival date or a rush order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping
Orders are shipped insured via Canada Post within Canada and to the United States. International orders must be shipped insured to avoid losses related to damage, theft or lost parcels. Expected shipping times and prices are as follows:

Taxes & Customs
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes are listed at checkout. US and international shipments may be subject to customs or duty fees upon arrival, and the customer is responsible for these fees.
Returns
Items are made-to-order and therefore returns are generally not accepted. If your item is defective or you were sent the incorrect piece, please contact us to solve the issue. Each piece is handmade so some variation may be present between your piece and the one photographed. This is a normal outcome of this craft.
